Disciplinary Procedure

Should serious incidents occur, Club Secretaries can report the matter to the Association’s Hon Secretary for appropriate action in accordance with By Law 14. The respective Club Secretary should make such report within 2 business days of the alleged incident. It should contain a comprehensive report of the incident, date of incident, clubs involved, name of player/s and their playing positions (if known) and names and contact details of these players (if known) and names and contact details of any witnesses.
For less serious matters, an Incident book is maintained at the Administration centre.  Any person may write concerns in this book and an Executive Member of MWNA will review the concerns raised and respond accordingly.
